AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Luxe Active offers FREE DELIVERY on all orders. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post Service, which can take 2-7 days, depending on your location.

After your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order.

We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Luxe Active containing your tracking number. You can track it via the Australia Post website here.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Orders placed from Friday 2pm, Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders are dispatched from our distribution office in South Australia therefore if we receive your order on a South Australian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post.

To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Luxe Active currently only ship to New Zealand. All International orders are shipped via Australia Post and are charged at a minimum rate of $40 AUD. 

After your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order.

International orders will have an approximate delivery timeframe of 7-14 business days, depending upon your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery.

Luxe Active cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in New Zealand.

The responsibility for any custom duties, NZ taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
